Appointment-Only Clinic

The clinic operates strictly by appointment — we do not accept walk-ins. This allows our physiotherapist to give every patient their full, undivided attention without rushing between sessions. Arrival & Access

Please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. When you get here, buzz unit 212, head up the stairs, and take a seat on a chair at the top landing. The clinic doesn't have a front desk, so Maja will greet you personally. If there is no one present when you arrive, don’t worry; it just means Maja is finishing up with another patient and will be with you shortly.​

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointment. Late changes make it difficult to offer that time slot to another patient in need of care. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a full session charge. Appointments are considered missed 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Card on File

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged for appointments or in the event of a late cancellation/missed appointment. All card information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.

Billing & Insurance

The clinic does not offer direct billing to insurance providers. After payment is processed, we provide a detailed invoice at end of your appointment, which includes your clinician's licensing information and all treatment information required for reimbursement. You can submit this invoice directly to your extended health plan. We recommend confirming your specific physiotherapy or pelvic floor physiotherapy coverage with your provider ahead of your visit. ​​
